Stunning Dalmatian villas
Nidus Onei has 3 elegantly furnished and air-conditioned villas, ideal for leisure travelers
There are 3 separate villas on the property, each with its own entrance and terrace, all sharing a common pool and barbeque area.
VILLA LUGARIN
The building of this house included all elements of traditional Dalmatian architecture, entrance door bellow the vault, terrace and great comfort inside.
It has a large dining area with a kitchen, living room with separate doors to the terrace, two bathrooms with toilette, and two large bedrooms, each with the doors to the upper terrace. Villa has its private corner in the garden, which is most of the day in the refreshing coolness of the hundred-years-old trees. In front of the Villa Lugarin there is a special rarity – 2000-years-old stone table and seats, that long ago used to be part of the Old Roman portal, originally found precisely at Nidus Onei location. Now they are placed at the position from which our guests can enjoy a magnificent view.
Villa has given the name Lugarin (Siskin) by a bird that you can see and hear at trees next to the room window.
VILLA FRZELIN
Villa Frzelin consists of a large kitchen and dining area, living area, two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilette. By the entire length, this villa is south oriented, so our guests can enjoy the sea view no matter in which room they are.
In front of the house, there is a large stone terrace, ideal for sunbathing. Behind the western part of the villa, there is a „hidden corner“, a little table with chairs in coolness, ideal for enjoying mourning coffee or cool refreshing during the summer days. Behind the north side of the villa, next to the stairway to the swimming pool, there are preserved walls, that used to be a part of Old Roman habitation at that place.
Villa has given the name Frzelin (Serin) by a bird that you can often see and hear at trees hidden corner behind the house.
VILLA VERDUN
Though has the smallest area among three houses, Villa Verdun offers all required comfort. The biggest advantage of this villa is its covered terrace, which seems that it grew together with rock above it.
Because of position in the lee, hidden from rain, this terrace is an ideal place for all-day stay at open-air, and during the hot summer period, it offers refreshing coolness. The terrace is connected with a private garden, which is little bosk indeed, so the guests who come with the pet most often choose accommodation at Villa Verdun.
Inside, Villa Verdun consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilette, a large kitchen area, and a linked dining area and living room.
Villa has given the name Verdun (Greenfinch) by a bird that you can often see and hear at trees next to the room window.
