GENERAL
Each villa consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining and living room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer) and the furniture is of high-quality solid wood. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a double and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are situated. There is floor heating in each villa and each is fully air-conditioned.
Villas were built to the highest European standards. We planed carefully that each villa also has its own private area in front of the house surrounded by Mediterranean plants and trees full of the song of the birds. Accommodation in Nidus Onei offers joy for eyes, ears and all the senses.
Internally, each facility is equipped with - internet, satellite television, air conditioning, heating (using solar technology) plus all the usual facilities required by the discerning high-class user.

We have:

- the new build accommodation has achieved extremely good results when air, humidity and sound testing
- the new accommodation has solar sources to provide central heating and hot water
- planted over 100 indigenous new trees, shrubs and garden plants
- replaced our paper-based booking system with a website-based administration
- set up links with local organic food producers to supply our guests
- replaced all detergents and cleaning products with eco-friendly equivalents
- the position of the outdoor swimming pool enables the use of passive solar energy to optimize the amount of heat that can be derived directly from the sun
- the outdoor shower uses the solar-cell heating system for hot water
- villas are rebuilt respecting all cultural heritage protection guides
- archeological conservation and protection of the artifacts found on the Baucic's family property
- the family donated to the local museum a monument to the old Roman emperor Tiberius, found under one of the buildings
