The safety and privacy of our guests are in the first place. We want that our guests don't have to think about anything except their own schedule. Relaxation of mind can charge the batteries before return back to everyday obligations. 

 

SAFETY AND PRIVACY 

• All stairs and the entire property are surrounded by a fence, so the children or pets can't leave anywhere outside
• The parking area has a big rolling gate. We recommend you to close it after parking the car, so nobody else can't disturb your privacy
• Owners maintain the garden and pool water early in the morning every second day. We finish maintaining at least at 7.30 pm. This way we ensure a beautiful garden and quality pool water without disturbing our guests
• Property has an insurance policy... Nevertheless, we recommend to our guests to pay traveling insurance 
• We have a safe inside one villa 
• There are induction stoves in kitchens, so nobody can't burn the arm during the use
• The property meets fire regulations. There is a smoke alarm in the villas and the fire protection blanket in each house. The fire extinguisher is next to a gas barbeque
• All the chemicals that we use for cleaning and pool maintenance are locked in the engine room, out of the children's reach
• Solar panels are away from children's reach. Anyway, we recommend our guests to warn children not to touch them, because of high surface temperatures
• There is safety rope at the one poolside 
• We recommend to our guests to turn off the gas bottle after using the barbeque
• There is the first-aid box in each villa
• If our guests require the organization of outdoor activities, such as rafting, canyoning etc., we recommend only agencies that meet highest safety standards with educated stuff
• If our guests want to have boat excursion to nearby islands, we recommend boats that meet safety standards only
